Tour Auto Optic 2000
The 2017 Tour Auto Optic 2000 will get off to a roaring start on April 24 at the Grand Palais with a display of 245 vintage cars, including models by BMW – the show’s official partner (2002 TI, 2800 CS, 3.0 CSL) – and Ferrari, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year (166 MM Barchetta Touring, 225 S Vignale Berlinetta, and more). Bygone French brands will also be on show (including Gordini, Hotchkiss, Ligier, Panhard, Simca) alongside other remarkable cars like Shelby Cobra, Ford GT40 and Jaguar type E. And the list goes on! The following day, head for the Château de Neuville in the Yvelines for the official start of this 2,500 km race from Paris to Biarritz, with the first ever leg in Brittany. Drivers include Ari Vatanen, François Chatriot, Derek Bell and Alexandre Brasseur.
