The Prince de Galles A mosaic of experiences

Located on the prestigious avenue George-V, this Art Deco jewel, member of the Luxury Collection Hotel, is a precious place of timeless elegance.

This Art Deco jewel that first opened its doors in 1929, was restored in 2013 to all its glory by the talented Pierre-Yves Rochon and Bruno Borrione, two world-famous interior designers. With 159 rooms including 44 suites on the exclusive avenue George-V, the Prince de Galles is a house of luxury. The hotel provides a warm, contemporary environment of infinite refinement and elegance. With modern comforts, the 23 mosaic suites bring back to life the elegance of the 1920s while 18 Macassar suites, the Suite d’Or, the Suite Saphir and the 165 sq m “L’Appartement Parisien” (on 2 floors with a 85 sq m. terrace) remind the golden-age of Paris sophistication. The Prince de Galles hotel is beloved for its colored mosaic patio with palm trees where drinks and tea-time are served. This summer, during the Olympic games, guests will enjoy a Brazilian décor and the signature cocktail “Citrini Caphi”. The Prince de Galles is also a well-known gastronomic destination. Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec embodies this renaissance, as well as the audacious but subtle ambience that reigns in the hotel. In just one year, she raised La Scène as one of the capital’s finest restaurants, with one star in the Michelin Guide. In its convivial designer setting, made of marble, wood and light, Stéphanie Le Quellec presents an endlessly charming, meticulous, but accessible cuisine, focusing on quality produce. This genuine culinary adventure exploring the different regions of France concludes sweetly with delicious desserts by the new pastry chef Nicolas Paciello. Stéphanie Le Quellec is also responsible for the menu in the bar Les Heures. She planned a “finger food” experience for late afternoon and evening together with the Sunday brunch. With these gastronomic experiences the Prince de Galles is dedicated to uphold the reputation of French cuisine and delight the palate of Parisians and an international clientele.
