n 2016 the famous Chef Nobu Matsuhisa opened the exclusive restaurant Matsuhisa Paris. In a totally redesigned place with a contemporary and zen spirit, the restaurant offers a new culinary experience fusing savors from Japan to Peruvian cuisine. This year, until the end of July, the Royal Monceau is proposing a unique Japanese menu inspired by the visit of chef Nobu Matsuhisa, to enjoy in its secluded restaurant. Le Matsuhisa Niwa, a temporary space that gives on to a Japanese garden hidden at the heart of the hotel, welcomes up to eight guests every Thursday and Friday evening. Each evening, executive chef Hideki Enko improvises, right in front of their eyes, a menu of eight dishes, depending on his inspiration and the produce of the day. This summmer, Le Royal Monceau is decking out its Royal Garden by Tanqueray terrace in soft hues. A designer, bucolic space with plant walls and strings of lights, this refreshing spot designed in partnership with gin brand Tanqueray has an exclusive list of frozen cocktails, pizzas to share by Italian chef Gennaro Nasti, and ices with retro flavors brought back to the fore by Pierre Hermé.
