Le Roch

This beautiful 5-star hotel decorated by the talented Sarah Lavoine is the epitome of Parisian chic, while retaining a certain casual vibe. Same approach for the stunning concentric dining room that opens onto a small interior terrace and encircles a marble buffet set beneath a skylight. With comfortable velvet bench seating and navy blue walls, it is the ideal setting to enjoy the inspired, seasonal creations of two-star chef Arnaud Faye, concocted by the young and highly skilled Rémy Bererd. A few prime examples are the delicate crab with passion fruit jelly, tomato, pineapple and mango (€22), the excellent roast sea bream with tomato confit, spring onion and olive-infused cooking juices (€29), risotto-style penne with prawns, cuttlefish and lemon confit (€24), or the original Granny Smith apple and caramelized muesli with maple syrup ice cream (€14). Fine selection of wines perfectly described by a young and passionate sommelier who does not hesitate to venture off the beaten path to suggest original and surprising pairings. Before heading to your table, don’t miss the opportunity to take a seat in the comfy library corner and sip on one of the hotel’s signature cocktails. Charming and attentive service. Prix-fixe menu and lunch special at €29 and €36.
