This new location in Saint-Germain, with its modern, trendy decor, soothingly soft lighting, a cocktail bar, and a menu featuring a joyful selection of standard Asian dishes (Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, etc.) prepared by Cambodian chef Chamroeun Chea, boasts cuisine with an authentic flavor prepared with fresh and well-sourced ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent Cambodian marinated beef salad, fresh and perfectly spiced (€19), and a delicious king crab spring roll. To follow, the crispy chicken accompanied with lime/ginger and pepper/galanga sauces (€21) or the pork spare ribs simmered in caramel and coconut milk (€22) also won us over, as did the mango coconut milk soup with tapioca (€8) suggested for dessert. Nice wine list (a little pricey).
