This restaurant does exactly what it says on the tin: it only serves soups, homemade with vegetables in the morning to enjoy almost straight from the pan, and available in classic versions, as a velouté with leaks or pumpkin, or with more surprising ingredients, like carrot, pineapple and ginger.
