Jean-François Piège, the Michelin-starred chef of the Grand Restaurant (8th arrondissement) and his wife Élodie recently opened the Clover Shop, a 25 sq.m. deli next to their bistro, Clover, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Choose from a take-out menu of freshly-made sandwiches (ham and butter, vegetables and mozzarella or foie gras and figs), salads, fruit cakes and Clover’s signature cookies, or browse the more-than-decent deli counter, where Elodie’s mum’s Portuguese olive oil, Amante Verte infusions and cherry plum preserve vie for your attention.
