Paris flagship for Senoble
In early January, top-flight pâtisserie Senoble will be opening a store in a glorious Haussmann-era building close to the Palais Royal. Decked out in the brand’s hallmark blue and white, this concept store, which is set to become the city’s pastry HQ, is a marvelous mix of Parisian café and tearoom. Guided by the smiley, swift, service-oriented staff, customers choose from a moreish selection of macaroons, pastries, choux buns and other delicacies or tuck into a lunchtime bistro-style menu of croque-monsieur, omelets, soups and cured meats. This latest venture from Senoble, founded in 1921, is bound to win over a new generation of admirers.
