Gourmet Delights

Yann Couvreur, hotel’s pastry chef, opens his own shop

They’re good and they look good – this is what we have to say about the superior quality of the products sold here of which not only their taste but their physical appearance has been given great care. Transforming grand classics of French pastries with his personal innovative touch, Yann Couvreur has just inaugurated a boutique open for everyone, not far from the Saint-Martin canal. Until now, only clients of luxury hotels were able to delight in his creations at places such as the Trianon Palace in Versailles, the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme, the Burgundy, and the Prince de Galles. With panache, he proposes desserts made right then and there, for example, his emblematic millefeuille with Madagascar vanilla, that you can eat right in the shop. You can also find baked goods such as croissants, as well as a selection of chocolats, tea…
