Matsuhisa Paris Royal Monceau Raffles

Almost 15 years after closing his Paris-based Nobu, the emperor of Japanese fusion cuisine Nobu Matsuhisa made a royal comeback last year to Le Royal Monceau! For France’s debut Matsuhisa restaurant, the chef partnered with the palace on Avenue Hoche, a first in the sophisticated world of luxury hotels. The former dining room of La Cuisine restaurant was given a facelift in a sleeker style to showcase Nobu’s signature Peruvian-Japanese fare under the guidance of Hideki Endo. Relish in salmon tataki with karashi su-miso and the mouthwatering wagyu beef with wasabi salsa, not to mention the sushi and sashimi. An exotic culinary experience that hotel guests and Parisians on a quest for well-being are sure to love. In sunny weather, Matsuhisa Paris shares with the starred restaurant Il Carpaccio and the Bar Long the magnificent Le Royal Monceau terrace where an enormous teapot by artist Joana Vasconcelos takes center stage.
