It’s now a well-known place in Paris, thanks to a new style of Brasserie named Réjane where Parisians and travellers mix with businessmen sharing the same passion for unique places and traditional French dishes like leeks vinaigrette dressing, gratinated onion soup, prepared beef tartare, or a pan-sauted calf’s liver deglazed with balsamic. Desserts menu has been signed by Yann Brys, Best Craftsman of France. You can enjoy a traditional red fruits pavlova, or for food lovers, the Guanaja chocolate éclair. Réjane fans will be delighted to stop by Rej, the deli next to the restaurant, where the best bet is to pick up small plates, French charcuterie, salads or delicious cakes from chef pastry for a picnic during a sunny day in the Jardin du Palais Royal.
