Nolinski Paris The gem from Evok Hôtels Collection

Introducing irresistible places in international capitals, Evok Hôtels collection treats epicureans to a collection of unique hotels artfully integrated into their surroundings. By adding the Nolinski Paris to its portfolio – which includes the Michelin star Restaurant du Palais Royal and the Hameau de la Volière – Evok Hôtels Collection shares its unique vision of luxury.

In 2013, Evok began work on its very first Parisian hotels. Locations are carefully selected to offer authentic experiences, inspired by the spirit of emulation shared by investor Pierre Bastid and Managing Director Emmanuel Sauvage. Open to their neighborhoods and immediate environment, each edgy, exceptional and inspired establishment is tailormade by leading French interior designers. All are dedicated to creating emotion and to making life more beautiful, fascinating and intense for guests. In 2015, the Evok Hôtels Collection has revealed its first project in Courchevel, the Hameau de la Volière, in its entirety. These three luxuriously decorated chalets, each with its own swimming pool and spa are located at the very heart of Courchevel. Then the group opened in June 2015 the Restaurant du Palais Royal, its first Parisian address amid the gardens of the Palais-Royal which was awarded his first Michelin Star in 2017. Serving gourmet cuisine with a real attention to service and detail, this contemporary, elegant and truly Parisian restaurant designed by Christophe Tollemer invites you to enjoy a unique experience in relaxed surroundings. Entering from the rue de Valois and the garden side, guests will also feast their eyes on the works of the artist Pierre Roy-Camille, in a décor featuring black ceilings contrasting with natural oak furnishings and golden linen-colored walls. Philip Chronopoulos and his team are dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy a moment of emotion with a menu that pays tribute to authentic French cuisine artfully made using the finest products.

In July 2016, the Nolinski Paris, a five-star hotel opened on avenue de l’Opéra designed from top to bottom by French interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot. Near la Comédie Française and the Palais-Royal, the hotel have 45 bedrooms including 9 suites decorated with unique tones and luxurious fabrics. This new place dedicated to the French lifestyle fuses classic and contemporary esthetics. It has unveiled a new style of Brasserie named Réjane where Parisians and demanding travellers share the same passion for unique places. With its blackened oak walls and abstract paintings, a brass bar and a glass roof, the Brasserie Réjane offers three living spaces around a central room where we can taste typical parisian food. Réjane’s fans will be delighted to stop by Rej, the new deli opened next to the restaurant in May. The best bet is to pick up small plates, french charcuterie, salads or delicious cakes from chef pastry Yann Brys for a picnic during a sunny day in the Jardin du Palais Royal. The other option is to bring back home the taste of Paris from a selection of tea or artisanal products.
