The Café Mulot’s terrace, which has been installed since last summer in the inner courtyard of the Victor Hugo House, is a delight for the eyes as well as for the taste buds. It is so beautiful and so quiet. In the plates, all the salty or sweet creations are handcrafted. Icing(s) on the cake: concerts, readings and the possibility of privatizing the premises.
