La Baia

After New York and Dubai, La Baia brings its sunny Amalfi-Coast energy to Paris, just steps from Avenue Montaigne and the Champs- Élysées. This new address from Bulldozer Group channels a warm, joyful dolce vita – glamorous, radiant, and thoroughly seductive. Conceived as a chic escape, La Baia blends Italian tradition with Parisian elegance.

The interior impresses without ever tipping into excess: enveloping velvet banquettes, marble tables, crisp white linens, blue frescoes, Haussmann-style moldings, and warm beige and terra-cotta tones all held in perfect balance. At the helm, Italian chef Stefano Tortelli crafts a generous, polished menu paying tribute to the flavors of southern Italy. The frito misto of mazzancolle shrimp and cuttlefish is crisp and delicate, paired with a gentle aioli. The porcini-and-black-truffle risotto feels like an autumn embrace – intense, creamy, comforting. For dessert, the Italian nougat torrone with pistachio shards ends the meal on a sweet, nostalgic note.

The atmosphere shifts throughout the week: family brunch with kids’ pizza workshops on Sundays, quiet dinners on weeknights, and DJ- or live-music evenings from Thursday through 1am. A hidden private room downstairs hosts intimate events and celebratory tables. With La Baia, Alexander Orlov delivers a Paris-ready address – stylish without pretension, vibrant, cosmopolitan. A slice of the Mediterranean on the Right Bank, the kind that makes you want to stretch summer a little longer.
