86Champs – a royal concept store for Pierre Hermé and L’Occitane

Top-flight chef-pâtissier Pierre Hermé and perfumer L’Occitane have joined forces to create a surprising new concept store on the Champs-Élysées.

Designed by Laura Gonzalez, this spectacular store is wrapped around a dessert bar with eighteen macaroons by Pierre Hermé, his iconic cakes – Ispahan and Mogador – and freshly made mille-feuilles to enjoy in the tearoom or take out. The savory menu includes classic dishes and gluten-free spaghetti.

The chef has also teamed up with Hippolyte Courty (L’Arbre à Café) to create a vegan espresso with a dash of almond milk and a surprising Virgin Mojito Coffee. Scents and flavors of an entirely different kind are available at L’Occitane, whose products include custom-made creams and hand-massage treatments. A multi-sensory bubble to explore on the capital’s most famous avenue.
