The 100% French vodka brand, signing here its first collaboration with a dessert designer, pulled out all the stops, entrusting the prodigy Chef with the creation of a circumstantial pastry and cocktail, based on the precious nectar. The result sends chills down the spine: The azure blue Ice Cube is composed at its heart of a very tangy citrus marmalade disoriented in all directions by a mint jelly, which Cédric Grolet, curiously, had never worked into his creations before… The explosive duo can be enjoyed on-site – at the Meurice’s bar 228 (€54) – or at home, after a stop at the shop.
