Singapore-based group The Ascott Limited has just opened its third Paris hotel in The Crest Collection, La Clef Champs-Élysées Paris, in the former residence of the Hennessy family, built in a typical Haussmann style in 1907. The younger sister of La Clef Louvre Paris and La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris, this new 5-star hotel with 112 rooms and suites has a sophisticated vibe and a contemporary design by Jean-Philippe Nuel, but retains traces of its past grandeur, such as fireplaces, moldings, herring-bone parquet flooring, and a library. The Executive Suites and apartments, two of which are duplexes with views over Montmartre, each have their own equipped kitchen. Benefiting from a fitness room and self-service laundromat, it’s ideal for long-stay guests.
