Hasard
Hasard reimagines the neighborhood bistro. Created by the Tomorrow Food duo, Léo Corcelli and Pierre Masset, and managed by director Loris Nougaret, this next-generation social spot buzzes from morning to night, whether for a coffee and croissant, a lunch of popular fare, or an evening apéritif among friends. Italian globetrotter chef Matteo Renzi, who has worked with culinary giants like Joël Robuchon in Paris and the three-Michelin-starred RyuGin in Tokyo, elevates bistro classics. Elegant yet comforting dishes such as the terrine of the day with pickles (€7.50), heirloom tomatoes with fresh goat cheese (€8), and a 350g faux filet with fries and mushrooms (€32) are served alongside a bistro-style croque-monsieur (€16.50), all made from scratch. At lunch, a meal under €20 offers the daily special. In the evening, generous sharing platters from the terrine of the day to fish rillettes accompany a fine selection of natural wines or classic cocktails, from Spritz to French 75. Hasard’s unique charm includes its gaming tradition, reminiscent of old-time hideaways. Whether at the table or the bar under a bright yellow marquee, patrons can scratch off a game or fill out an Euro Millions ticket. Once a month, Hasard transforms into a festive hub. With a subtly vintage decor blending bistro furniture, iconic objects, retro posters, and graphic tiling, Hasard is the perfect headquarters for reimagining the world from the morning espresso to the last drink of the night.
