Desire for escape and sun… Then head to the 7th floor of Printemps Haussmann where, for the first time, the jewellery brand Messika has imagined a place in its image: Café Messika. The central bar is a nod to the iconic jewellery collection, incorporating its curved lines and Art Deco accents. The red, blue, and purple of the decor are a subtle reminder of the latest trends in the Messika 2023 collection. Touches of gold, marble, polished mirrors, the universe is in perfect harmony with the spirit of the house. The artistic director and founder of Messika Paris, Valérie Messika, has not neglected any detail and has asked Chef Juan Arbelaez to design a healthy and delicious menu. On Thursday evenings, you can enjoy a cocktail to the sound of a DJ while dreaming in front of the 360° view over the rooftops of Paris. Before arriving at Café Messika, one crosses, under a transparent glass dome and visible Eiffel framework, the Coupole Binet and Pont d’Argent spaces which have been transformed into a high place of luxury second-hand and vintage. This was an opportunity for the general public to discover this architectural jewel, which had been closed for almost 100 years. And this year, it is the turn of the grand heritage staircase of Printemps Haussmann to reveal itself to visitors. This architectural feat by Georges Wybo, designed in the 1920s, connects one of the main entrances of the store to the panoramic terrace of the 7th Ciel. As a lifestyle destination, Printemps offers its visitors gour- met breaks throughout their shopping journey with some highlights this summer. Thus, fromTuesday to Saturday eve- ning, until July 23, the restaurants of Printemps du Goût, on the 8th floor Printemps Haussmann Homme, remain open until 11pm. For example, Laurent Dubois, Parisian master cheesemonger and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, brings back his Summer Specials to the Regain menu: signature burgers with cheddar, farmhouse Saint-Nectaire, salads with 20-month matured Comté. From the heights of Printemps, we descend to the ground floor of Printemps Femme to discover the Buddy Buddy Café with its unique scenogra- phy from mid-July.Specializing in peanut butter, this will be the second Parisian location (a first café opened on rue de Marseille in March) where you can sit down to taste this famous spread made in their Belgian workshops, which is used in their drink or pastry recipes.

Printemps is, of course, all about fashion. This summer, the entire world of Boss will occupy the store’s Atrium until August 27. As for the Bandit pop-up (the sneaker from Caulaincourt) on the 5th floor of Printemps de l’Homme until July 31, it offers a customization service operated by master colorists: you choose the sneaker of your choice, its patina and even its sole (vintage, colored, white). The additional service: the Bandit stand welcomes Printemps customers for leather care and maintenance, whether they are already customers of the house or not. And to discover the other ephemeral corners, visit the Printemps Haussmann location. It will also be the ideal place to celebrate July 14, the Café Messika at the 7th Ciel of Printemps Haussmann Femme and all the restaurants of Printemps du Goût on the 8th floor Homme will offer special menus for this national holiday and will be open until 1am, the ideal spot to admire the fireworks from their terraces…
