On the 7th-floor terrace of Cheval Blanc Paris, Le Jardin offers a restaurant this summer with culinary experiences that are as surprising as they are delicious. Under the guidance of Chef William Béquin, who works in concert with Arnaud Donckele, the menu features creative and even cheeky recipes where tomatoes and strawberries are the stars. In this suspended garden of 650 sq.m, with paths lined with greenery, a space dedicated to aromatic plants, tomato plants and strawberry plants has been arranged, with herbs and fresh produce often found on the plates.
