La Cour Jardin Plaza Athénée

A peaceful haven in the heart of Paris, La Cour Jardin, bordered with red geraniums and Virginia creeper and transformed by Bruno Moinard, offers simple, refined and incredibly fresh cuisine. This season, loyal diners will be pleased to find the house favorites, like the chilled blue lobster with grilled vegetables and Culatello from Massimo Spigaroli or the unilateral red mullet accompanied with caponatina, prepared by chef Mathieu Emeraud. This season, the menu ushers in summer with a warm green pea velouté and almond royal, gamberoni from the Gulf of San Remo, fish soup aspic and spiced condiments, or grilled sea bass with trumpet zucchini and olives. Executive pastry chef Angelo Musa (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Pastry Champion) and Alexandre Dufeu offer a selection of fresh and light fruit-driven desserts that will evolve to suit their inspiration.
