Fou de Pâtisserie, a gourmet’s paradise
Featuring the signature creations of the greatest names in French pâtisserie under one roof, no wonder this place is called Fou de Pâtisserie or “crazy about pâtisserie”! Located on the busy rue Montorgueil, this small store offers all the modern classics: Cyril Lignac’s rum baba and Equinoxe, Christophe Adam’s caramel/salted butter éclair (L’Éclair de Génie), and the Phil’Goût, an exclusive creation by Philippe Conticini (La Pâtisserie des rêves). Don’t leave without tasting Pierre Hermé’s macaroons or his iconic Ispahan cake, Fabrice Gillotte’s chocolates and Gilles Marchal’s madeleines. The creative minds behind this original concept, Julie Mathieu and Muriel Talllandier, are the founders of the Fou de Pâtisserie store. Other chefs will be joining the adventure shortly. What a mouthwatering idea! Fou de Pâtisserie.
