Le Comptoir de Madeleine, back to childhood

Quentin Hua shares with Marcel Proust the gourmet nostalgia of madeleine. Previously in finance, he could have chosen the financier, but his madeleine does not stray from it so much with its almond touch, its mellow heart and the melting crisp of its plump hem. The shop-workshop Le Comptoir de Madeleine, newly installed in the 9th, is dedicated to this plump sweetness with a childhood taste, available in five flavors: vanilla, lemon, caramel and salty butter, chocolate, and a seasonal surprise inspired by the air of time and the mood of the moment.
