Butterfly, the pastry-jewel of the Hotel de Crillon
The Hôtel de Crillon, spends a gourmet hour with the opening of Butterfly Pâtisserie, a nod to the works of Damien Hirst. Matthieu Carlin, the pastry chef at the Parisian palace sublimates the emblematic French desserts. The creations, like precious jewels, are presented in this new gourmet space, designed by interior architect Tristan Auer, which takes the spirit of a jeweler showcase. They can be enjoyed in the Butterfly Room with a boudoir atmosphere that is open every day from 11 am to 7 pm. Tahiti vanilla millefeuille, lemon meringue pie, marbled Parisian flan and hazelnut praline… A collection of entremets, cakes and chocolates, which proves to be both an aesthetic and gourmet experience.
