For this new season, Canaves Oia Epitome unveils the Omnia restaurant, which offers high-end cuisine based on seafood. Chef Tasos Stefatos has concocted a menu with various influences, from South America to Hawaii, Japan, Italy and Greece, made up of fresh fish caught locally.

On the program, Greek ceviches, oysters and caviar, crustaceans and grilled lobsters. A treat! Overlooking the sea, the terrace of the restaurant adjoins a swimming pool more than 45 meters long, shaped from natural materials such as stone and wood and lined with large trees. Elements, another of the hotel’s restaurants, will be appreciated for its delicious continental cuisine with Greek flavours and several tasting menus.
