Canaves Oia Epitome A new vision of luxury in Greece

For this new season, Canaves Oia Epitome unveils the Omnia restaurant, which offers high-end cuisine based on seafood. Chef Tasos Stefatos has concocted a menu with various influences, from South America to Hawaii, Japan, Italy and Greece, made up of fresh fish caught locally.
On the program, Greek ceviches, oysters and caviar, crustaceans and grilled lobsters. A treat! Overlooking the sea, the terrace of the restaurant adjoins a swimming pool more than 45 meters long, shaped from natural materials such as stone and wood and lined with large trees. Elements, another of the hotel’s restaurants, will be appreciated for its delicious continental cuisine with Greek flavours and several tasting menus. To complete this dream stay, head to the spa where you will enjoy treatments and massages before returning to the comfort of your suite. And for those who want to leave this luxurious cocoon, a shuttle is available to go to the other hotels of the group including the Canaves Oia Hotel where we will have a tasting of local wines or a dinner under the stars perched on the cliffs of the island.
