After Geneva and Ramatuelle, Michel Reybier pay tribute to the glory of la Belle Epoque era when the 19th century building was built. To rethink this atmosphere, it is Jacques Garcia, grand master of interior architecture and connoisseur of this style, to whom he has quite naturally entrusted the decoration of the premises. After two years of work and with the intervention of fellow artisans of all persuasions, La Réserve Paris is well up to par on all of its floors, with Carrara marble, Damascus silk, and Cordoba embossed leather, including the contour of the bar. There, in a medley of raspberry tones, you can taste one of the many wines on the menu – a nod to the wine – making passion of Michel Reybier – or a gourmet tea, or even a custom made cocktail based on a list of ingredients suggested by the bartender.
