Gloria Osteria

At 41 rue de Lille, in a former 1905 Art Nouveau mansion, the Big Mamma group unveils Gloria, its most elegant Parisian table to date. Ten years after shaking up the Italian dining scene with cult addresses such as East Mamma and Mamma Primi, the squadra presents a more refined, resolutely chic concept – without losing any of its generosity or theatrical flair. Already established in London, Madrid, Berlin, Milan, and Barcelona, Gloria is the “grand house” expression of the Big Mamma universe. Monumental Murano-inspired chandeliers, listed stained-glass windows, precious marbles, and a 1970s Venetian villa ambiance form a lavish décor. In the kitchen, chef Francesco Fronda orchestrates a precise yet generous interpretation of Italian classics. Exceptional ingredients imported directly from Italy, freshly made pasta crafted daily, delicate crudi, and meticulously prepared signature dishes – everything here celebrates flavor before spectacle. Standouts include the four-pepper cacio e pepe, tender lobster casoncelli with white butter and Kaviari caviar, gnocchi with black or white truffle depending on the season, and an enchanting Sicilian citrus panna cotta to finish. The bar and wine cellar complete this elevated experience with sophisticated cocktails – some prepared tableside – and an impressive selection of nearly 250 Italian wines. Attentive, seamless service gives Gloria that rare soul found in addresses destined to endure.
