La Baignoire

La Baignoire, a Parisian eatery facing the Notre-Dame de Bonne Nouvelle church, offers an intimate and refined atmosphere. Under the direction of Chef Cécile Lévy, known for her time with Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit, the French cuisine is enhanced with Mediterranean flavors and Middle Eastern inspirations. The gastronomic sharing plates feature impeccably crafted seasonal ingredients, such as cuttlefish with rhubarb, lemongrass, ponzu-yuzu, and konbu (€24), and red mullet with peas, white beans, katsuobushi, kumquat, and ginger (€29). Desserts include a delicate strawberry parfait with filo pastry, star anise, rosé wine, and grilled vanilla (€12). From the carefully selected furniture to the bespoke cutlery and meticulous service, every detail contributes to a delightful dining experience. Downstairs, a vaulted wine cellar—reminiscent of a country house—doubles as a host table for up to 16 guests. La Baignoire offers more affordable set menus at lunch (€27 and €31) and in the evening, 3, 5, or 7-course menus (from €65 to €105) showcase the best seasonal products.
