Hotel Villa M is a true urban oasis nestled in the heart of the 15th district, designed by Philippe Starck, Olivier Raffaëlli and Guillaume Sibaud. This Parisian spot rethinks architecture at the service of nature, creating a living organism where lush vegetation reigns supreme. The landscaper Pablo Giorgeff de Coloco has selected plants adapted to the climate of the capital to decorate the exterior facade, gardens and terraces. The interior also reflects the omnipresence of nature, offering a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. But in the early days, the highlight of the show is the Rooftop, located on the top floor, with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides dome and the rooftops of Paris. Here, relaxation and conviviality are the key words. You can sit comfortably in the large wooden armchairs or in the Canadian garden, under the wicker lamps and garlands in a guinguette style, to enjoy a drink or a meal during the day or in the evening. The Rooftop expands its culinary palette this year, offering sunny lunches and dinners in addition to its finger food and cocktail menu. On the menu: tapas to share (from 12 € to 19 €), tuna tataki (34 €), beef tartare (30 €) and pizzas with southern accents (16 € to 19 €), all served in a green and warm. The terrace of the Hotel Villa M is a veritable green setting suspended above the city, a spot to (re)discover to enjoy a unique and timeless place to live for lunch, dinner, meet and share.
