Golden Poppy – Hôtel La Fantaisie

This new table led by Dominique Crenn, the famed triple Michelin-starred chef from the States, is nestled within Hôtel La Fantaisie, a venue that speaks of escape and refinement.

With a focus on plant-based, local, and sustainable cuisine, Golden Poppy promises a culinary experience that revives the senses while respecting the planet. Another major attraction of Golden Poppy is its outdoor spaces, designed to harmoniously merge with the urban setting while offering a peaceful haven. The restaurant’s terrace allows guests to enjoy the mild Parisian climate shielded from the city’s bustle. This fully green space provides an immersive setting where nature takes center stage, perfect for business lunches or romantic dinners under the stars. The menu at Golden Poppy, influenced by the chef’s years in California and her love for fresh products, stands out with inventive and healthy dishes such as mackerel tartlet with carrot cream and buckwheat (€18), grilled octopus in teriyaki with kimchi carrots (€39), and yuzu-matcha tea cream with candied ginger and puffed rice (€13).
