Exuberant decor and fire atmosphere at Salvaje

Already known around the world, the Salvaje group opened last year an address near the Monceau park, within the Hotel du Collectionneur. And, for the summer season, the beautiful terrace-garden, pleasantly shaded of Salvaje welcomes again all gourmets to live an unprecedented culinary journey, combining the Japanese and French flavors signed by the Venezuelan Fermín Azkue. The chef’s expressive cuisine is reflected in a varied menu, offering sushi, ramen, tempuras and woks, as well as French dishes revisited with Japanese spices and ingredients. The products are aimed at the high end, such as the royal crab and the Japanese wagyu A5. The meats are cooked slowly on the famous Robata (Japanese grill), which gives the dishes smoky notes. Salvaje’s cocktails, served in original glasses, are a truly special experience. Borja Goikoetxea, Salvaje World Executive Bartender Chef, and well-known in Spain, develops innovative mixtures, such as Ukiyo (gin, white chocolate, citrus, cream and mix of flowers and yuzu) and Ikigai (rum, citrus, roasted pineapple, sesame, narangilla mousse and passion fruit), which perfectly match the dishes on offer. The exuberant decoration of the res- taurant, signed Lázaro Rosa-Violán, is inspired by Africa and the works of the Customs Officer Rousseau, creating a festive and wild atmosphere. The reopening of the exotic and shady terrace of Salvaje is an invitation to enjoy the beautiful days in an intimate and offbeat setting. Lunch packages in 2 courses at 45 € and 55 €.
