Il Giardino: the Italian terrace

Paris is known for its gastronomy, internationally renowned restaurants and must-see addresses. This year, the City of Light takes on the air of Italy by welcoming Il Giardino, the new Italian restaurant in the heart of the 5-star hotel Les Jardins du Faubourg. Led by chef Davide Pecorella, the restaurant serves refined and authentic Italian cuisine. The terrace, hidden in a green setting, is ideal for enjoying the sun rays of the summer season. In the morning, it is bathed in natural light that illuminates the floral decor and creates a most pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a sunny lunch. In the evening, it turns into a romantic place, suitable for a candlelit dinner for lovers. Chef Davide Pecorella, who has worked in prestigious houses such as the Georges V and the Peninsula, has designed a map that revisits the Italian tradition. In collaboration with small producers in his native region, he selected fresh and quality products to offer a tasty cuisine. Guests can enjoy octopus, burrata, peppers and oyster leaves, tuna carpaccio, potato gnocchi, friarielli and clams or spaghetti al pomodoro. Risotto, a great Italian classic, is also part of the game and evolves according to the mood of the chef! To end the meal in style, it is impossible to miss the signature dessert, the unmissable Italian tiramisu. A treat! On Sundays, an exceptional Italian brunch can be enjoyed in full sun or in the shade of a sublime Japanese néflier, which adds an extra touch to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the terrace. Il Giardino is the new Italian address where everything is gathered to spend an unforgettable moment. _ TERRACE
