Doris Bar, the hidden bar of the Sir Winston!

Nestled in the basement of the famous Sir Winston, the Doris Bar named after the sulphurous lover of Churchill offers a mysterious atmosphere resembling the Orient-Express. Embark immediately for this speakeasy with the team of Lulu White, the iconic bar of Pigalle. On a background of jazz and electro, we sip on a succulent Lulu White 100% tequila, agave, vermouth, green olive or the original New Orleans Buck that also celebrates a creative approach of Baldoria vermouths. For the exotic, chef Manoj Sharma presents a menu with Indo-British flavours: freshly cooked naans, old cheddar croquettes or tuna tartare. Every three months, the trendy address entrusts the keys to a new exclusive partner for carte blanche. Everything is then rethought from the DJ set to the tailor-made cocktail artist. Welcome in mid-December to the creations based on Eminente rum. For a caliente change of scenery, a stopover is essential.
