The hospitality of Eataly at the Osteria del Vino

Piedmont is the birthplace of the Slow Food philosophy, born in 1986, which brought true cuisine to life, made with love and patience, based on local and seasonal products. It is also the vocation of Eataly and its Osteria del Vino, one of the restaurants open in this temple dedicated to Italian gastronomy, where you can taste the delights of the Botte while savoring gouleyants, light or robust wines, fresh or heady, in the entire chromatic range… The choice is wide, the Enoteca of Eataly totaling 1400 references, which makes it the largest cellar of transalpine wines in France. You can enjoy the nectars of Campania, an Italian region with the oldest wine-growing tradition. These wines are enhanced by “good, clean and fair” dishes according to the motto borrowed from the Slow Food movement, served at any time: pasta in all its forms, gourmet risotti, soft gnocchi (with sage and truffle for example), fish fried, crunchy salads and pan-fried melting vegetables, before the apotheosis of a sweet finish.
