Tomo Odéon, sweet and saké !

On hearing… the small counter of the Japanese pastry-tea room Tomo, well known to lovers of Japanese sweets, turns every Friday and Saturday evening, sake bar way speakeasy. It must be said that the boss, Romain Gaia, associated here with chef Murata Takanori, knows a lot about it: the French pastry chef has made his debut – learning wagashi (traditional cakes) – in Japan, where he resides for a large part of the year. Another strong point, therefore, at Tomo, Japanese alcohols, which Romain wants to discover all the subtleties, offering a wide selection of the best nectars and a dozen cocktails oriented highball (an alcohol mixed with a sparkling soft drink) that can only be enjoyed at this address – the Tomo Opéra remaining confined to pastries…
