Hôtel de Sers

Behind the discreet façade of this boutique hotel, owned by the Bessé Signature group, hides one of the trendiest places in Paris. Jennifer Boccara, the energetic manager of the hotel, and Jordan Delamotte, a young and inventive chef, have managed to revitalize the hotel’s restaurant. Chef Jordan Delamotte offers a cuisine based on seasonal biological products carefully chosen directly from French producers. His delicious and innovative menu varies according to the season and can be sampled in an intimate contemporary environment. You can find on the menu, for example, genuine Peruvian ceviche (€27), the Dame Louise plate: blue fish, peas and peanuts, coconut and lemongrass (€38) or a Adour grill: duck breast and eggplant with an Espelette juice. All to enjoy indoors, in a modern design. There are also three chef’s blind menus where you can taste his creations for €85 in 4 services, for €99 in 6 services, or for €115 in 8 services.
