A bohemian vibe meets Waldorf Astoria’s unparalleled elegance, turning their terrace into a lush haven where food, fun, and chill take center stage. Feel the heat of the famous Ofyr barbecues, watch the chefs put on their culinary ballet, and surrender to the beguiling rhythm of the music. It’s more than a meal – it’s a full-blown gastronomic show. Executive Chef Frédéric Larquemin is bending the barbecue rules and skipping the meat for a seafood and vegetable unique barbecue set-menu including Black Tiger prawn on skewers cooked à la plancha with chimichurri sauce, grilled rock octopus with pequillos condi- ment, a vegetable skewer, packed with courgettes, aubergines, red onions, Paris mushrooms, and red and yellow peppers, roasted over a wood fire, with tahina sauce and straw potatoes. This summer Chef Larquemin unveils his latest creation – the ‘Green Burger’. A quinoa, beetroot, and flaxseed steak nestled in a delicious brioche bun, topped with homemade guacamole and sweet & sour onion marmalade. It’s a mouthful of pure joy. Sweet treats? Chef Pâtissier Eddie Benghanem offers four tantalizing versions of his favorite summer desserts. Dive into ice cream pots and frozen lolli- pops, savor nostalgic scones and cookies, or try one of his exclusive creations. Strawberry Bellini popsicle, verbena and raspberry Saint-Honoré, or the ‘Millot plantation’ chocolate shortbread with salted butter caramel. Thursdays and Fridays are vibrating with the strumming of an acoustic guitar and vibrant on Saturdays with a DJ on deck – it’s a celebration of all things summery and delicious.
