Le George

Le George is one of the hotel restaurants that has been enjoying well-deserved success since its opening. In the elegant dining room of the Four Seasons George V Hotel, Chef Simone Zanoni offers high-end gastronomic cuisine and delicious authentic dishes that evoke his native Italy, emphasizing sharing and conviviality. Diners can indulge in his velvety pumpkin soup with smoked ricotta, chestnuts and porcini mushrooms (€30), or saffron arancinis, tuna tartare (€16). Pasta lovers can choose from veal braised agnolottis with oyster mushrooms and a full-bodied sauce, or saffron risotto, osso buco (€42), or an appetizing French iceberg salad with lemon-marinated wild salmon (€55). The menu also features Guinea fowl ravioli, foie gras and poultry jus (€55), pan-fried sea bass, clams and its broth (€58), roasted sole, basil vinegar dressing (€79), crispy pork pistachio and raddichio with mustard (€64), and a sweet finish with a creamy fresh cheese crème brûlée with seasonal sorbet (€16). The lunch menu is priced at €80, while the tasting menu, for the entire party, costs €155 per person. Vegetarian
and vegan menus are also available at €135.
