Un Jardin à Cythère by Hermès

Through Un Jardin à Cythère (A Garden in Cythera) – the seventh ‘garden’ perfume of the house – Hermès subtly captures our senses and takes us to Greece, into the heart of an island summer scented with the warm aromas of grass, olive trees, and fresh pistachios. Christine Nagel, Hermès’ perfumer, bottled the memories of her
first trip to the Peloponnese and the essence of her initial emotions. Aphrodite herself, the goddess of Love and Beauty, is said to
have been born in this wild garden, a realm between earth, sky, and sea, which, as dusk falls, releases, in a warm breeze carried by
the sea wind, all the fragrances warmed by the midday sun.
