The new «HIIT» is DRIP

Every day of the week, the new DRIP studio wants to take on the challenge of making you sweat with pleasure. Here, we practice HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), in French it means that we chain series of very intense exercises interspersed with short breaks. The promise: visible results in a short time and lasting over time. As soon as you step through the door, you are guided by a team of professionals whose goal is to take you into an “immersive experience based on group spirit and lack of judgment”. The 45-minute sessions are built from more than 300 exercises and for those who would have difficulty keeping pace, screens are arranged at each “base” to better follow the execution of the movements. Water fountain, towels, code lockers, Swedish brand L:A Bruket care products, hair dryer… Everything is planned so that once the body is released, the experience continues in comfort and comfort mode.
