William Artigue’s chocolaterie : seasonal delights

Just steps away from the Canal Saint-Martin, the young chocolatier William Artigue (31 years old) unveils his expertise. After working with the likes of Patrick Roger and Jacques Genin, Artigue presents his personal collections (chocolate candies, shared bites, fruit pastes) in his workshop, visible from the store. Each ingredient has been carefully selected: couverture chocolate from Nicolas Berger, hazelnuts from Lot-et-Garonne and Piedmont, cream and butter from Alsace and Normandy, chestnuts from Ardèche… For his first Easter collection, he has crafted large caramel praline eggs, and instead of the traditional Easter bunnies, fish, or chicks, playful otters in dark or milk chocolate, filled with generous chocolate fish and small praline eggs. A joyful and gourmet Easter is in store!
