After Amsterdam, Vienna and Copenhagen, Zoku, an innovative concept combining hospitality, coworking venues and bar-restaurant, opens its fourth address in Paris, Porte de Clichy. You have to take the elevator to the 8th floor to discover a large and bright tray and the upper terrace reserved for a small vegetable garden where the chef grows plants and aromatic herbs. If the weather is good, think of sunglasses to lounge in a hammock or chaise longue and, while sipping a good cocktail, enjoy the panoramic views over… the northern suburbs and the huge forecourt of the brand new Paris Tribunal. We would have preferred the Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower! For lunch, brunch or dinner, go to the Living Kitchen. You will feel good in this space with a modern, bright and Scandinavian style, with a fully open kitchen that runs along the back wall, to enjoy a Mediterranean cuisine, morning of Latin American touches. The choice is a bit limited, but grilled eggplants, balsamic cream and pomegranate seeds (11 €), cod, green cilantro sauce and oven-roasted seasonal vegetables (26 €) and unstructured cheesecake served with passion fruit (10 €) nevertheless constitute a pleasant dinner. Brunch “à la carte” every Sunday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm around €40 depending on your thirst and appetite. Small yellow card for the service, yet friendly, but apparently in full running-in the evening of our arrival. _ ROOF TERRACE
