Jewels of good fortune

Blending Chinese symbolism with contemporary design, Qeelin has established itself as one of the most distinctive names in modern fine jewelry. Founded in 2004 and now part of the Kering group, the House transforms traditional Asian motifs into refined creations that feel both meaningful and effortlessly modern.

At the heart of Qeelin lies the iconic Wulu, an ancient Chinese gourd symbol associated with luck, protection and positive energy. Reimagined through sculptural curves, luminous diamonds and vibrant gemstones, it has become the Maison’s signature motif — instantly recognizable yet remarkably versatile. Rather than relying on overt heritage references, Qeelin approaches tradition with subtlety, infusing each design with elegance, lightness and contemporary sophistication.

This season, the House unveils a radiant new chapter through a series of spring jewelry looks celebrating femininity in all its forms. Among the highlights are the new WuluWulu creations, where red agate, jade and diamonds reinterpret the emblematic Wulu through rhythmic, interlocking forms that bring movement, color and contemporary energy to the collection. Warm rose gold tones lend a sense of vitality, while jade introduces a refined nod to Eastern traditions.

The season also introduces the poetic Wulu Garden designs, transforming the Maison’s signature motif into intricate floral compositions. Diamonds, Akoya pearls, rubies and precious stones intertwine like blossoms in full bloom, creating miniature jewelry landscapes inspired by the beauty of spring.

Layering plays an equally important role in Qeelin’s universe. Wulu Eternity bands, mixed-metal creations and delicate diamond-set rings are designed to be stacked effortlessly, allowing each wearer to compose a personal expression of elegance. Completing the story are sleek, minimalist pieces whose pure lines and understated brilliance embody a modern vision of sophistication.
