This brand’s sophisticated, imaginative jewelry has long been popular with Parisians. This summer, Ole Lyngaard Copenhagen decided to take its love affair with Paris to a whole new level by opening its first store in the capital. According to Charlotte Lynggaard, the Danish company’s creative director and daughter of founder Ole Lynggaard, there’s a unique and close bond between brand and city: “Paris holds a very special place in our family’s heart. It’s where my father met my mother in 1957.
So opening a store in Paris is little like coming home.” A classic family business run by the children of its founder and currently the biggest gold- and silver-smithing workshop in northern Europe, Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen continues to expand across the continent, brightening the City of Light with its delicate, gilded designs.
