On April 7, the news broke: every first Friday of the month (except in July and August), the Louvre offers free nightlife. A real gift from the most visited museum in the world that completes the table with mini-discovery visits (Stopover in Ancient Egypt, the Great Italian Masters, Journey in Islamic lands…) of twenty minutes, provided by easily spottable mediators, because posted in the institution’s flagship venues to 500,000 works! The Louvre is opening ever larger, and in particular, via its courtyard Carrée which will also host, from July 6 to 9, the second season of the festival (free) Cinéma Paradiso, a selection of MK2 films on the theme of Italy, projected in the open air, accompanied by DJ live sets.
Free night on the first Friday of the month except July and August), from 6pm to 9.45pm.
