The “Planches Contact” of Maurice Renoma

The exhibition “Planches Contact” is organized on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Maison Renoma. Maurice Renoma presents contact plates containing snapshots of the beginning of his practice of photography. They reveal “failed photos”, taken by accident, without intention or reflection, captured in the movement of life. This gives images full of mystery and poetry: here a face, there an arm, or a couple lying down…
