Traditional

Attabler

Located steps from Trocadéro, this contemporary bistro blends French culinary tradition with a convivial atmosphere. Maxime Le Meur, already renowned for his haute cuisine at Gemellus, and his twin brother Clément have designed Attabler as a meeting place for gourmands. Joined by their friend and sommelier Sébastien Perrier, they prioritize exceptional ingredients like lobster and truffles, showcased through refined bistro cooking. The carefully crafted menu features classics such as carrot velouté with almonds and fresh goat cheese (€10), cod with carrot purée and grapefruit beurre blanc (€23), and veal blanquette with buttered rice (€22). Desserts include staples like chocolate soufflé (€12) and generous profiteroles (€11). The restaurant’s decor invites guests into a warm, nostalgic setting reminiscent of grandmothers’ kitchens, with vintage tiles, Vichy pattern napkins, and copper pots. The service is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
