California atmosphere in the patio of the Montecito
In the heart of the Opéra district, the Kimpton Saint-Honoré has two must-see spaces, the Montecito and the Sequoia Rooftop, where you can easily embark on a gourmet or festive journey under the Art Nouveau facades of the former Samaritan de Luxe. On the ground floor, Montecito is a bar-restaurant in the setting designed by Humbert & Poyet. We immerse ourselves in a trendy and contemporary atmosphere, inspired by the solar city in California. But the star of the summer is the adorable shady patio, where you can soak up the calm. In the kitchen, chef Nicolas Pastot offers a generous menu, combining healthy and gourmet recipes: excellent flautas with miso turkey, corn and mustard condiment, cheddar, feta and avocado (19 €), tasty ribs Black Angus beef, maple syrup, cider vinegar, chipotle, yellow mustard, pickles of chilli and ketbettes (49 €) and pineapple delight with hibiscus served with coconut ice, ginger and macadamia (12 €) do the job well. Before or after dinner, get high and head to the 10th floor for an immersive experience at the top of Paris. The rooftop bar Sequoia offers stunning 360° views of the rooftops of Paris. Sip classic and signature cocktails, accompanied by tapas, while enjoying the excitement of Paris in a suspended garden overlooking the Eiffel Tower, the Opéra Garnier and Montmartre!
