The floral composition is central to the work of Takashi Murakami. The Japanese artist, of very modest origin, presented today as one of the most famous artists in the world, is a friend of Hublot since 2020. These co-creations have always been published in limited series. This one will be even more so: it is truly unique. Unique by nature (only one copy), but also unique by construction. What distinguishes this MP-15 from everything the manufacture has produced for over 40 years is its central tourbillon.

Super flat floral poetry

From the tourbillon to the indexes, through the petals, lovers of Takashi Murakami’s colorful poetry will follow his rhythm, from the inside to the outside, on this MP-15 where 12 petals richly set with 444 precious stones give the room a luminous and joyful aesthetic. As in a true flower, these petals are tilted inwards. The 2023 Only Watch is characterized by its clear and bold color demarcations. The idea was not to offer a traditional rainbow gradation effect, but rather to play with the brightness of the shades and the brilliance of the gemstones, like a child playing with his coloured pencils, so as to create a super flat light work of art to adorn the wrist.
